Meet the Owner
Brandon Ducommun founded Signature Exteriors to bring honest, owner-operated service to Spokane's exterior contracting industry. In an industry where homeowners often deal with rotating salespeople and anonymous crews, Brandon took a different approach.
Every project is personally managed by Brandon from first call to final walkthrough. With a background in construction and deep knowledge of Pacific Northwest climate challenges, he understands what Spokane homes need to stand up to harsh winters, heavy snow loads, and summer heat.
Brandon lives in the Spokane community and is committed to building lasting relationships with neighbors — not just completing jobs. When your contractor lives down the road, accountability is personal.
